Definition of the identity predicates.

Classes
	Predicate Generic base class for testing true or false for a condition.
	CompoundPredicate A predicate composed of other predicates.
	All Logical 'and' of all sub-predicates.

	NotAny Locigal 'nor' of all sub-predicates.
